Baked Crab Cakes
1 pound lump crab meat
3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 T lemon juice ( 1 lemon)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
3/4 cup red bell peppers, finely chopped
1 scallion with green top, finely chopped
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 dash hot sauce
Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into 2 inch balls and flatten. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake until golden brown on bottom, about 10 minutes, Gently flip and bake another 5-10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Makes 12 crab cakes. Serve with our Tzatziki - Cucumber Yogurt Dip
