Almond Joy Smoothie

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Almond milk
½ medium banana
1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet Truvia or other preferred sweetener if needed
5-8 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Serves 1 (nutrient info assumes use of Truvia)
112 calories, 4g fat, 1.4g sat fat, 131 mg sodium, 5g fiber, 11g sugar, 3g protein

This is an awesome, refreshing beverage and snack! It's a super replacement for a regular milkshake. You can have one of these everyday and no guilt! Way to go, NutritionBabes!
